Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx from Los Angeles, CA. 

Please allow 2-3 days for the processing of orders. You will receive tracking information once the item ships. Rug orders are dropped off to our shipping partner once a week, on Wednesdays. Any inquiries for international orders please contact us at: info@demarochome.com for a shipping quote. 

We ship only to physical addresses, not to PO Boxes. 

Shipping insurance is available for purchase separately. Please contact us for a quote.
